Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to prize competitions operated through this platform. Each competition may also publish competition-specific rules, prize details, opening dates, closing dates, draw dates, entry limits, and free postal entry instructions.

Paid entries are accepted only after the entrant has completed any required question and the payment provider confirms payment through a verified webhook. Browser redirects, basket state, or pending orders do not create valid entries on their own.

Entries may be refused, cancelled, voided, or excluded from a draw where payment fails, a reservation expires, the entrant is suspended or self-excluded, entry limits are exceeded, postal-entry rules are not followed, or fraud or abuse is suspected.

Main draw winners are selected from valid paid and accepted postal entries using the platform draw workflow. Draw logs, winner records, payment references, postal entry decisions, and audit records are retained for operational and compliance review.
